Ready to go training and education topics:

  • School staff session and/or parent session.

    We are bombarded with mixed messages from the food industry, media and influencers about healthy eating. When it comes to our kids it is important to sort the fact from the fiction. In this session, we will discuss what foods our kids really need for growth and development and how to help them become happy eaters. For school staff it will also look at nutrition within the PDHPE syllabus.

  • School staff session and/or parent session.

    What foods should a lunchbox ideally contain? And should we be worried about what food is eaten or when it is eaten? This session covers how to look at lunchboxes as an opportunity to teach our kids how to eat well for life!

  • School staff session and/or parent session.

    This session will provide an overview of the NSW Healthy School Canteen Strategy and Nutrition in Schools Policy. It will also look at how we can use the canteen to help our kids learn about food and nutrition.

  • Parent session only.

    This session will discuss tips and tricks on how to feed your family a nourishing diet without breaking the bank.
